Shipping & returns
Payment
Checkout is handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance or a debit/credit card — including on iPhone and Android — even without a PayPal account. We don’t charge the card on our site. PayPal does, then we pack.
Shipping
Two speeds. Pieces marked “ships from the US” leave a US warehouse and usually arrive in 5–8 business days. The rest leave our makers overseas and take 10–16 business days. Most orders go out within one business day of PayPal clearing. Complimentary shipping on orders over $50; otherwise a flat $6.50.
Returns
Unused items in original condition can come back within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Shipping is not refunded unless we made a mistake. Write hello@noodibaby.com with your order number and we’ll send a return label if we owe you one.
